The Sea Safari 8 is 113 feet (34.35m) long and 33 feet (10m) wide. The Sea Safari 8 was built in 2003 and fully renovated in 2015. Detailed attention has gone into the design of vessel. The Sea Safari 8's goal is to offer the best in terms of underwater experience and leisure-time activities, without compromising any of the comforts, usually found in land-based hotels.
The liveaboard is a charming, traditional wooden boat, built for those who want to unveil the hidden treasures of Indonesia. The Sea Safari 8's itineraries were arranged so the dive sites can be visited at the perfect time. Moreover, it differentiates itself from other liveaboards by providing the best in personalized accommodation, services and facilities. Part of its philosophy is also that even when sailing the hidden corners of Indonesia, good food must not be forgotten, after all, an army (of Divers) marches on its stomach. There are 5 cabin types: Lower Deck Twin bed cabin, Lower Deck Double bed cabin, Lower Deck 2 Bunk cabin, Lower Deck Bunk bed cabin and Middle Deck Double cabin. The boat is equipped with air-conditioning. Regarding entertainment and activities apart from great diving, the Sea Safari 8 offers movies, audio-video entertainment, current films and documentaries, travel guidebooks, novels and wildlife books.
The Sea Safari 8 welcomes you to both Intro Dives/Discover Scuba, Open Water Diver - get certified, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver certification and EFR. Its very experienced Instructors, can confidently take you to the next level of diving. Nitrox is available at an extra charge. Rental equipment and equipment cleaning service, is also available. Sea Safari 8's team also offers airport transfer (pick-up from airport and return to the aiport) and hotel pick-up (free)
The team consists of 20 people. There are 5 Dive Professionals on board, who will ensure that the guests have a great diving experience. The boat's main language is English.
