Diving in Poland

Explore diving in Poland

Wreck diving is the main attraction in Poland. Zatoka Gdanska and in the area off Wladyslawowo are areas known for the best wrecks. The wrecks are, on average between 20-30 metres deep. However, you can also find easily penetrable ships lying at depths of 4 to 10 metres and more demanding, advanced-diver wrecks at 40-70 metres.

If time is on your side, Swanhild, Mount Vernon, Arngast, Kujawiak, Grozny, Gryf, Wicher and Abille are great wrecks waiting to be explored.

When to dive in Poland

To guarantee the best visibility, diving is recommended in early Spring through to early Autumn. During the winter, ice diving is popular.
