Explore diving in Kärnten

Each body of water offers you a different diving environment. Whether blue water and a slight Caribbean flair or mystical green, up to gold-colored air bubbles that you can observe, there is no lake that is the same as the other. From the Weissensee in the west to the Soboth reservoir in the east, there is something new to discover every day of diving.

At Lake Wörthersee there is also the opportunity to experience boat dives - places that you would otherwise never reach are within reach!

When to dive in Kärnten

There is no classic travel time for the lakes in Carinthia. A dry suit is recommended in spring and autumn. Visibility varies depending on the weather - all lakes are candidates for great visibility. The best thing to do is to let the professionals in Carinthia advise you on your goals. Ice diving in winter is of course also offered!

Via the A10 and A2 to the "Pörtschach West" exit

from Eastern Austria:

Via A2 to the "Pörtschach West" exit

Then drive about 3km west and follow the signs to "Bad Saag". You will be there in a few minutes.
